We are grateful for your patience during this unprecedented time. We are thrilled to announce that we will be opening the Aesthetic clinic starting next Monday May 25th. Dr Allen, Dr Lewis and Lindsay will be working hard to ensure that you feel safe and comfortable during your visit, but things will be different at our clinic. We are committed to implementing the highest standards as we always have, for cleanliness and sanitation and will continue to do so with even more measures in place. We are so grateful for your support over the past couple of months, but we are really, really excited to see you.
Here's what you need to know before your appointment. Some new protocols are now in place to ensure the safety of our staff and patients, so please read below to know more, I know it's lengthy, but it's important. Any patients we had to postpone will be given priority, then we will move down our RSVP list. If you haven't heard from us yet, please do email us.
We will NOT be offering facials at this time only Botox, Filler, PRP, Emsella & Emsculpt treatments. Please be patient with us as we navigate this new normal, together will we make this work. We are still offering virtual consults, and any advise you need over phone and email to guide you through any skin concerns at this time. Products can still be purchased online or via phone/email as we have been doing since March.
Policies and Procedures:
Every patient will be phoned 24 hours prior to their appointment and asked a series of questions regarding your health and any recent travels you may have had. Also, we will be asking if you've been in contact with anyone who's had COVID-19. Any question indicating recent exposure to someone with COVID-19 or having signs and symptoms of the same will be asked to reschedule.
The office will be locked and only one patient at a time will be in with us at this time. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and we will phone you to come in when it's your turn. You will be immediately taken back to one of our two treatment rooms in use. Please ensure you have given us a cell phone number to reach you. If you do not have a cell phone, we will make other arrangements with you.
Wear a mask or scarf if you have one. We will not be providing masks at this time. We may be in a position in future to be able to offer this, but not at present as medical supplies are high demand at the moment and we cannot risk running out and having to close once again. You will be required to take down your mask for short periods of time prior for photos etc but when possible, you will wear the mask/scarf at all times while inside the clinic.
We have removed the waiting area, brochures etc at this time and doors will be locked between appointments. Please wait in your car until I call you to let you in at your scheduled appointment time.
Do not bring any guests.
Dress comfortably as there are no bedding and blankets in the treatment rooms. This allows us for proper sanitizing between each patient.
Use the hand sanitizer provided upon entry and exit.
Use the bathroom at home when possible to limit use of the clinic restroom.
Debit, credit, are preferred payment options at this time. We will be wiping the machine down between each patient and payments will be taken in the aesthetic room post appointment. We are not offering paper receipts at this time, so if you require a receipt it can be emailed to you.
Brilliant Distinctions points will be available for use as well.
If you will require products during your visit, please let us know ahead of time as this will help for a smooth appointment time.
All new clients will be asked to have a virtual consult to limit the time in clinic before your appointment. You will asked for an email address to do this.
We will be spacing appointments out for proper cleaning between each patient. Please be patient as we work through our list of RSVP's. We promise to get you all in as soon as possible. We will not be holding appointment times. If we have to leave you a message regarding booking, we will move on to the next person in line and book you accordingly when you return our call.
As staff, we will be wearing gloves and masks to keep you all safe. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask.
