Please take note of our office policies ahead of your visit to our clinic.
Late for your appointment
Life happens and sometimes you may run late. We understand it can happen. In the event this happens, we may have to rescheduled your appointment or modify at the discretion of our staff. Thank you for understanding!
Refunds
We do not offer refunds on promotions, gift cards and treatment packages. If you are unhappy with something, we will work with you to provide a solution. If you have an issue with a faulty product, we may replace it after reviewing the product in person. If you are unhappy with products in general, we will work together to find a solution within 30 days.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that we do require 24 hours to cancel your appointment, including our complimentary consultations. We realize that in come cases, this will not be possible. If you have more than one no show on your file, we will require a credit card to book your next appointment.
No Shows
Please note that we will need to collect your credit card information for your next booking if you do not show for your appointment. If you do not show, you will be charged $100.
Appointment Reminders
We utilize a booking program that now sends reminders to you via email or text. This program sends various reminders depending on the length of time in advance of you booking your appointment. We can not receive replies to texts or emails so please call our office to cancel or rebook.
